MPI is a residential real estate investment company.  From acquisition to management our firm has a vertically integrated system for each market we participate in.

Our method is acquiring distressed property through a variety of uncommon or unconventional means. Profitable acquisitions require a state of the art marketing system and pipeline management program.  Additionally, over the past decade we have created an established channel of reputable vendors and investor groups in multiple geographic markets.

Our network ensures a constant stream of dealflow, as well as property dispositions. 
Our goal is to build a sustainable and geographically diversified portfolio of Residential Real Estate.  Single family homes make up the base of our portfolio, followed by small multifamily properties where warranted.

Acquisition - County Governments and Institutional Vendors

  1. County Tax Sales.  The company purchases "late-term" Tax Lien Certificates and Tax Deeds from large portfolio managers and investment funds.  

  2. NPL/REO.  Financial institutions active in our markets constantly supply lists of non-performing debt or alreadyforeclosed Real Estate.

  3. Foreclosure Auctions and Sheriff Sales.  Our team regularly attends live auctions for best prices.

Management - Local Partnerships and Joint Ventures

We have established partnerships and joint ventures with local teams in each market we invest.  Being that we are involved in a variety of markets, maintaining a strong and reliable network is paramount to our success.  Having local partners give us insight into particular markets we otherwise would not have and enhances our research.  These teams facilitate proper management of assets once acquired and streamlines property sales.  Typically, these partnerships or joint ventures share in the profits of our asset sales.
